Advisors must engage face-to-face using technology such as video conferencing or in-person meetings.
Advisors must adhere to all relevant regulatory and ethical standards in the financial industry.
Advisors should focus on educating customers about financial options rather than merely selling products.
Advisors must handle disputes in a fair and professional manner, offering clear avenues for resolution.
Once a lead is transferred to an advice practice, AdviceGenie will not be responsible for any financial loss, reputation damage, or any other liability arising from the advisor's services.
