6. Face-to-Face Engagement with Technology

Advisors must engage face-to-face using technology such as video conferencing or in-person meetings.

7. Ethical Compliance

Advisors must adhere to all relevant regulatory and ethical standards in the financial industry.

8. Customer Empowerment

9. Dispute Resolution

10. Disclaimer of Liability

Once a lead is transferred to an advice practice, AdviceGenie will not be responsible for any financial loss, reputation damage, or any other liability arising from the advisor's services.

11. Lead Transfer Fee

AdviceGenie reserves the right to request a lead transfer fee. The fee amount and structure will be discussed in due course.
